Which countries do you ship to internationally?

We ship worldwide offering Free Shipping to all countries on all orders above $79.

How long does my order take to deliver?

The Classic edition: Standard order deliveries take on average 3-5 business days, Monday to Friday.

The Angry Birds & SquishMallows editions: Please note, that due to current high demand, deliveries may take a little longer than usual, between 14-21 business days.

Once you have completed your purchase at checkout you will receive a confirmation email notifying you when your order ships along with any shipping details. If you have not received a notification of shipment after 9 business days, please contact us at support@childfacemask.com.

If for some reason the delivery was delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible, also in case the stock of any article is not available. Our teams are working hard to get your order ready, and our couriers are working equally hard to deliver them to you as quickly as possible.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to track your delivery no longer than 5 business days of placing your order. If you have not received a notification of shipment after 9 business days, please contact us at support@childfacemask.com. You can also check your shipment tracking status by logging into your account.

Will I be charged customs and import duties?

ChildFaceMask cannot control or predict any customs or import duties applied to your package by your local customs. Any outstanding customs charges or import duties must be paid by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for these charges.

Please take into consideration that international shipments outside the European Union might have some additional duties fees and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

We recommend requesting information at your local customs office of any additional fees. In the case you refuse to receive the items ordered due to unexpected additional fees, we reserve the right to charge you both departure and return shipping costs as well as the additional fees generated by the customs.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and PayPal. Once you have completed your order payment, you will receive an order confirmation reflecting the amount charged at the point of sale.

What currencies can I use to place an order?

You can pay using various currencies depending on the country you're shopping from. Simply click on the flag icon in the top right corner of the page and choose the currency of your choice.

If more than one currency is available, all of our prices will be displayed in the currency you select.

How can I get a promo code to use in an order?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If you wish to return or exchange an item to ChildFaceMask, please Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order by sending us an email to support@childfacemask.com. Make sure to include your order confirmation number and the reason why you would like to set up a return or an exchange.

- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

For any exchanges, once we receive the item you wish to exchange, a new one will be sent out to you.

For refunds, once we receive your item, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 5-7 business days which will be reflected in your account.
